What are the earrings made of?
A part of our earrings are made out of stainless steel.
Another part of our earrings are from sterling silver. The golden earrings have an 18K gold plating.
All earrings are free of nickel and are hypoallergenic.
Can I wear my earrings in the shower?
Because the earrings are made out of stainless steel, you can wear them 24/7. No need to take it off when you take a shower, go for a swim or do that sweaty workout.
The sterling silver earrings are water resistant. No need to worry about discolour.
The golden earrings are plated with 18K gold. You can wear them for any occasion. But the gold plating could damage and turn silver over time, when exposed too to much perfumes, soaps, swimming pools, ...
Is everything sold as one piece?
We sell all of our earrings as one pieces. We encourage you te be creative and make your own personal combination. You can combine all our earrings endlessly. If you want a pair, you can just add one more to your cart.
My earring doesn't close anymore
We always double check every earring slot beofre sending it out. Silver is a soft metal. If the closure of your earring doesn't make a click anymore, we recommend to push the non-moveable part a little bit higher or lower with your fingers, until it makes a click again.
How does the Millimal giftcard works?
When you buy an e-gift card, you will receive the gift card in your mail after the payment is completed. It is so easy when you need a last minute gift.
Gift cards can not be combined with any other promotion with a code.
I you would like to surprise someone special, you can always place an order with a different shipping adress.
Can I return or exchange my products?
Due of hygienic reasons, we do not accept a return of worn jewelry.
You get 30 days to return your items. From the moment we receive your return, you will receive a refund of the price of your returned products excluding shipping costs.
When returning a product, keep it in the original packaging. These shipping costs are for your own account.
Sale items can not be returned.
Made the wrong decision choosing your order? We can only exchange your items during a physical pop up sale.

We only ship out with a tracking code to the specified dilivery adress. In most cases, our packages can be received in the mailbox.
